Your potential role:

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join this boutique financial planning business. As Team Assistant, you will be working with the Financial Advisors and Office Manager and the main focus of this role is to provide efficient and professional service to clients and high level administrative support to staff within the business. It is envisaged that your high attention to detail and ability to work autonomously will assist in achieving all objectives of this busy role. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to: · Meeting and greeting clients

· Arrange catering for all business, team and client meetings

· Monitor diaries of Financial Advisors and all staff including resource diaries to ensure no overlap of appointments or commitments

· Type, edit & format letters, file notes, memoranda, reports, presentations, agendas and minutes etc. for all staff as directed.

· Provide secretarial support to Principal Adviser/s and Office Manager as required.

· Prepare all client invoices and associated forms to facilitate payment, and process client payments on ŒAdvice Pay¹ system,

· Monitor the day-to-day functionality of all IT & other hardware / software and attend to any servicing or update requirements upon approval of the action/expense by the Office Manager.

· General ADHOC duties
