Being a leader in the independant planning space, they also have their own AFSL and focus on hiring employees with a very strong work ethic, who are self motivated and dynamic individuals. They are currently seeking an experienced/ Senior CSM who has the ability to liaise effectively with their client base and maintain excellent relationships. Some of your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· Answering general enquiries calls from clients
· Attending some client appointments with the Advisors when necessary and maintain a relationship with the clients
· Liaison with clients regarding the implementation and management of their portfolio’ s
· Placement of funds into nominated investments, and management of new client implementation.
· Purchasing direct equities
· Implementation of insurance policies
· Liaising with fund managers, stock brokers and external referral sources
To be successful for the role you must have experience working in a professional financial planning business, liaising with clients, and supporting advisors.
RG146 compliance is not essential, however it is highly regarded. Strong computer skills will be required and experience in Coin or Xplan would be an advantage.
