• Client Services Officer- $45-50,000 + Super + Bonus

    Established in 1994, this holistic financial planning business is an independent, boutique wealth management firm located in St Kilda Road, Melbourne. With a team of six financial advisers and two specialist general insurance advisers, supported by a client service team and technical specialists, they provide in-depth financial analysis on all aspects of our clients┬╣ wealth management requirements. This business is an advice led firm and a product agnostic firm.

    Client Service Officer: The role involves supporting Client Service Managers by implementing all administration related tasks. The Client Service Managers in turn report directly to a team of Financial Advisers.

    You will work directly with the client service team in the preparation and management of all aspects of clients’ financial planning arrangements, such as the processing of investment and insurance applications, pre-meeting preparation, proposal development, data and document management, as well as all implementation and administration related work.

    The successful candidate will have the following:

    Essential – Initiative, accuracy and strong attention to detail – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – Outstanding analytical skills as the administrative component can be quite complex at times – Enthusiasm and the ability to learn quickly – Excellent interpersonal skills – Outstanding knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

    Preferred – Finance industry knowledge and/or experience – Knowledge of Xplan financial planning software – Related university qualification – Career interest in the financial planning industry
