About the role: A medium sized privately owned financial planning office located in the CBD, seeking a personal assistant to the Principal Advisor/ Director who is a fast pace, well-regarded Senior Advisor. This business prides itself on being the best at what they do and ensures that our clients receive the utmost of personal and competent service and advice.

Experience As the successful applicant, you will have had experience in the financial services industry. It would be highly advantageous if you have completed or are currently doing your Diploma of Financial Planning or have experience with Para-Planning, Visiplan or Xplan.

The Role Your role will be directly client related and as such you will need to be confident, have a high level of personable, interactive and presentation skills. You will be comfortable working autonomously and have first class organisational, time management and administrative skills with attention to detail being a strong attribute.

Your duties will encompass all personal assistant related essentials such as telephone, diary, email and database management, collating of information, preparation of reports, document submission and follow up with exceptional written and verbal communication liaising with clients and investment and insurance providers.
