Their clients are extremely varied, from individuals to business owners who require highly tailored strategic advice Working in this business, you will enjoy a friendly professional environment and a role that is busy and challenging.

Your Key responsibilities will include:

€ Initailly writing some basic RoA’s for client annual reviews € Gradually moving on to writing single strategy SOA’s such as super-roll overs and insurance € Within 3 months you should be writing some complex SOA’s which will be quality checked by the Technical Services Manager who is responsible for your training and development € Contacting clients when appropriate to ask for further information necessary to complete their financial plan

In this business, no client appointments take place without a Paraplanner present in the meeting, therefore your role will include lots of face to face client interaction. Hopefully this will help you build the skills needed to eventually progress to a Financial Planning role.

The successful applicant will be highly organised and confident at communicating with a variety of parties such as Insurance companies and Fund Managers, as well as clients. You will have a positive, can-do attitude, strong multi-tasking skills and an inquisitive mind. You will also have excellent attention to detail including strong numerical skills. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, are essential, as are good business acumen and the ability to use your initiative to solve business related issues.

A minimum of a commerce/finance or similar degree is essential, and RG146 Compliance is essential.

Although training is provided you will need a minimum of 12 months experience in a financial planning business either as a CSM or a Paraplanner
