Your Key responsibilities will include:
Attending client meeting with the Advisors and being the first point of contact to building strong relationship with high net worth clients Assisting in the research process to decide on the appropriate strategy for the clients needs Producing advice documents of all types and assisting with the presentation of these documents in client meetings Maintaining the compliance of all documents produced
The successful applicant will be highly organised and confident at communicating with a variety of parties such as Superannuation companies and Fund Managers, as well as clients. You will have a positive, can-do attitude, strong multi-tasking skills and an inquisitive mind. You will also have excellent attention to detail including strong numerical skills. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, are essential, as are good business acumen and the ability to use your initiative to solve business related issues.
A minimum of a commerce/finance or similar degree with RG146 Compliance is highly regarded. A minim of 18 months experience in a paraplanning, portfolio administration or client serves role is essential.
