THE ROLE?

Reporting directly to the Founder and Senior Financial Planner, you will be working closely with experienced & top performing client services and paraplanning teams and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

– Driving efficiency change in the Paraplanning and Client Services team with review of current procedures and use of technology -Assisting with the hiring and induction of new staff members -Liaising with clients and product providers -Managing the workflow of the Client Services and Paraplanning team -Product ­ Attending APL meetings -Staff management including, annual reviews and performance management -Implementing marketing initiatives for the company & PD days -Providing general support to the Advisers

THE CANDIDATE

To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 5+ years experience working in a Financial Planning firm in a relationship management, planning or technical capacity. You will have an excellent working knowledge of insurance, investments & superannuation products and processes and some experience in writing Statements of Advice.

-To be successful you will have the following skills: -Efficiency and organized -High level of attention to detail -Proven track record in the management field -Strong writing and numerical skills -Work well under pressure
