This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, highly motivated and driven individual that wants to succeed and develop their career as a Risk Specialist.
As this is a newly created role, there are over 3,000 clients in this business that can be contacted immediately and provided with life insurance advice. You will be allowed access to all the strategic financial planners clients, as well as any referrals that come through existing referral sources, however you will be expected to develop some new client relationships through your own networks
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience;
Previous experience within a financial planning or insurance advising role Strong planning and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources. A proven track record in selling and negotiation Excellent written and verbal communication skills. RG146 Compliance is absolutely essential and a degree is desirable Have the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously Computer literate, ideally in Xplan, Pro-Planner, Outlook, Excel, Word
In order to be successful in your application you will also need to display the personal behaviors and traits that will make any Risk specialist successful; tenacity, resilience, motivation and empathy.
Fro a very experienced Risk Specialist and salary of up to $110,000 + Super + bonus will be offered, however holistic advisors from wither a bank or boutique will also be considered.
